- Upon receiving a repair request, we will contact the customer to discuss the device’s condition and provide an initial estimate based on the information provided.
- The estimated cost is subject to change upon detailed inspection of the device. Any price adjustments will be communicated via phone or email before proceeding with the repair.

3. Authorization and Repairs
- By agreeing to these terms, the customer authorizes Dr. Fix to carry out necessary repairs as discussed. No additional repairs will be performed without the customer’s consent.
- The customer agrees to pay for the repair costs discussed during the telephonic conversation, including any changes agreed upon due to unforeseen damage.
4. Replacement Parts and Warranty
- Dr. Fix uses replacement parts sourced from various suppliers. We do not offer warranties on parts that do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
- If a part replaced does not have a warranty, Dr. Fix will not provide any additional warranty for it.
5. Liability
- Dr. Fix is not responsible for any data loss during repairs. Customers are advised to back up all data before submitting their devices for repair.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the repair service and replacement of agreed parts. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Payments
- Payment for repairs is due upon completion of service. Payment methods include cash, UPI, credit/debit card, or any other method agreed upon.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations should be communicated before the repair work begins. Once the repair has started, cancellation is not possible, and the customer will be liable for the agreed charges.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the courts of Delhi.

1. Damaged or Non-Working Items
If the item you receive is damaged or not working, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will initiate the return process.
After verifying the issue, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
2. Unopened Parcels and Unaccepted Deliveries
If you do not accept the parcel upon delivery, or if the parcel is returned to us, we will process a full refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please retain the original packaging and include any accessories that came with the product.
4. Conditions for Refund
Refunds are applicable only if the item is returned in its original condition, including all parts and accessories.

5. Non-Refundable Items
- We do not offer refunds for items that have been used, altered, or damaged unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
